Perimenopause & Menopause Group

Perimenopause and Menopause Group The group is designed to provide accurate information, share experiences, and provide support alongside exercises that are designed for strength and bone health, with an emphasis on joint health. We’ll meet the fourth Wednesday of each month beginning June 25 from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM in the upstairs room at the Fitness Center. 45 minutes will be for us to talk and 45 minutes to exercise. We’ll have experts come in from time to time to answer any questions you may have. Please bring your mat and comfortable weights if you have them. Of course there are some at the Fitness Center too!
